Are you licensed to fly drones commercially?
- Yes - All UAV/UAS Drone operators in both Australia and the USA require a license issued in Australia by CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) and in the USA by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). A copy of our UOC (UAV Operator’s Certificate) will be provided to you prior to the commencement of any aerial works if requested and the pilot in command on the day will have all appropriate paperwork relating to licensing of himself as the pilot as well as the aircraft registration.

Are you insured?
- Yes - We have $10million public liability insurance

What is your pilot experience?
- In addition to being a pilot of UAV’s, the chief pilot is also an instrument rated pilot of fixed wing single engine aircraft and has been flying since 2004.

What about safety and privacy?
- Prior to the commencement of any aerial work a full job safety analysis and risk assessment is carrired out to ensure each flight is within CASA or FAA regulations (dependent upon country of flight), not over the top of the public, maintaining a flight path that is focused on the subject, there is no adverse weather event, a visual line of sight is maintained and many other considerations to ensure the safety of the vehicle and all persons/property within the parameter of the aerial works. Only upon passing that initial JSA and RA will the operation procede.
